The Zipp 606 wheelset is a Zipp 404 front wheel coupled with a Zipp 808 rear wheel.  Excellent for fast, powerful riders on technical courses where accelerating out of tight corners, or up short, steep hill is critical. If you’ve hesitated to buy carbon wheels because you’re over 180lbs. as well as powerful, this particular wheelset will ease your concerns.  These wheels are Zipp’s “Clydesdale” version, specifically for riders over 180lbs. The weight difference compared to a “standard” Zipp 606 tubular wheelset is a paltry 52 grams.
