The long-wheelbase aluminum frame is light and durable, giving countless cargo options with the integrated front and rear racks. The 1.2-meter wheelbase gives the Transport stability with a heavy load. 36-spoke wheels built with heavy-duty rims are stopped by a rear V-brake, and a powerful disc front brake. Hills won’t be a problem -even with a full load of groceries- when you shift the 8-speed Shimano rear drivetrain and double 38/28T crankset. Useful add-ons include one very large Bontrager Transport cargo bag, front fender and wide-stance two-legged kickstand. With a 200lb. cargo capacity, you’ll wonder how you got along without it. Bontrager saddle, seatpost, bars and stem keep it all under control.
