The Trek Allant is Trek’s entry-level commuting bicycle. A 21-speed drivetrain featuring Shimano shifters and derailleurs is easy to use and reliable, and 36-spoke alloy wheels are both light and durable. Since carrying a bike is sometimes part of the commute, the Allant’s Alpha “white” aluminum frame is lighter than many chromoly steel frames, and won’t rust in a downpour. The included fenders, kickstand and rear cargo rack make your shopping list shorter. The Allant’s upright position afforded by upright handlebars makes negotiating traffic more comfortable.
